Please keep in mind these guidelines that White Lace has in place to ensure every bride that comes to WLB has an amazing experience!

  • No appointment required for trying on bridesmaid dresses.

  • Weekday appointment requests can be submitted by form by clicking the button below. Keep in mind this is an appointment request and you will be contacted via email to confirm.

Saturday Appointments

As of Sept 1st, 2023 we will be open for Walk-in customers from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Saturday appointment are available after the open hours, throughout the afternoon and evening depending on appointment type. We try to accommodate for all walk-ins, but if all of our consultants are busy we might not have time to put brides in gowns.

  • Saturday appointment will require a $25 fee at time of booking. This fee does go towards the gown purchased at the appointment and is only to ensure the bride and group will be in attendance.

  • Due to fee requirement, appointments can be booked by contacting us, click below for contact information to request an appointment.

  • Typically Saturday appointments will be limited to 5 guests, not including the bride. If you would like to bring more than the allowed number please ask about a private appointment when booking!

Choose your Experience!

Saturday Bridal Appointment:

  • Regular 90 minute Bridal Appointments happen in the morning or afternoon outside of walk-in hours.

  • There will more than likely be another bridal appointment happening at the same time.

  • These appointments have a fee of $25 to avoid any no-shows. As always, week day appointments and walk-in experiences do not require a fee of any kind.

  • Groups must be limited to a maximum of 5 guests + Bride, no small children should be in attendance.

Private Appointment:

  • If your group is larger than 5 this is the perfect option for you. With this option, your group will be the only group in the store for your 90 minute appointment.

  • Just like other regular appointments we do not allow outside food or drink into the store other than water.

  • Fee for Private Appointment is $75, this fee does come off the price of your gown if purchased at the appointment.

  • These appointments are not restricted to just Saturdays, they can occur any day or time outside of walk-in hours as long as staff is available.

VIP Experience

  • Looking for an extra special experience? The VIP experience is the Private Appointment experience elevated for your group to enjoy 2 full hours in the store.

  • Similar to Private appointments you will have the store all to yourself and the appointments are not limited to Saturdays if a Sunday or evening works best for your group.

  • Fee for VIP Experience is $200. With the added fee, Dreams to Meet Event Planning will be providing Champagne or Mimosas (up to 10 guests) along with a charcuterie board and dessert tray or other options if requested due to allergies.

    • $100 of the fee does go towards your dress purchase at the appointment.
